dc.description.abstractQuantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) is regularly used to quantify cell-free nucleic acids (cfNAs) in order to identify biomarkers for various pathologies. However, studies have shown notable housekeeping gene expression variation between healthy and diseased tissues and treated versus untreated cell lines. The release of housekeeping genes by four cell lines was investigated and the housekeeping gene expression between cfNAs and mRNA of the cell lines was observed in order to elucidate their relationshipen_US
