Reaching out to unreached people is a responsibility for all disciples of Christ. One could then include Christian who are domestic workers. Being everyday with their non-Christian bosses, Christian household workers could play a great missional role of sharing the gospel within their work setting. Unfortunately, mostly in the particular context of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), many household staff are under-educated in comparison to their employers. Such a social status certainly becomes an obstacle for Christian household staff to play as missionary role to their employers. The Ecole Ménagère Missionnaire Internationale du Congo, EMMIC, (International missionary school of household staff in the Congo) provides a training program that is intended to fill in the gap. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of EMMIC training program. This missiological study relates to theological education and is undertaken from an evangelical perspective using a predominantly qualitative method through documentary research, interviews, and participatory observation.en_US
