The purpose of this study was to determine the level of job satisfaction of employees within Vuselela FET College. The study was conducted at all Vuselela FET College sites. Ninety four (94) employees participated in the study and completed the short modified form of the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). The results of the study indicated that the employees were generally dissatisfied. However, they were more satisfied with migration from the Provincial Department of Education to the Department of Higher Education.
