dc.description.abstractThe Covid-19 pandemic led to a dramatic loss of human life globally and presented an unprecedented challenge to the public health sector. The economic and social disruption caused by the pandemic was astronomical. The purpose of this research was to explore the disruption of Covid-19 on stakeholders that utilises administrative processes at a Higher Education Institution. The study identified the factors that caused disruption and the effect thereof on the stakeholders. A qualitative research technique was used and the gathering of data was executed using semi-structured interviews. The interviews were conducted with ten participants involved at a higher education institution in the North-West Province. A thematic analysis process was used for the data analysis technique. There were five themes identified which were interrelated. Causal relationships in the findings were identified and indicated that communication and training were found to be the main causes of the disruption.en_US
