The South African Department
of Science & Technology (DST)
has launched a suite of laboratories
dedicated to hydrogen and energy
storage research, at the Council for
Scientific and Industrial Research
(CSIR) in Pretoria. The new facility
will be jointly used by Hydrogen
South Africa (HySA) and the Batteries
Research Centre, for research to
develop novel materials that meet
the challenging requirements for
hydrogen and energy storage
