The Syro-Hexaplaric headings of the psalms in Manuscript 12t3

Abstract

The article cites a survey conducted by Psalter Hiebert examining the unique variant readings in the headings of the Psalms in Syro-Hexapla Manuscript 12t3. This manuscript contains the text of the Psalms according to the Peshitta text which do not have headings that correspond to the headings of the Hebrew original or do not have headings that correlate with the headings of the Masoretic text. The results of the survey found that some of the variants display hexaplaric influence.
