dc.description.abstractThe study is based on the findings after the investigation on the views of employees on performance management system as well as its impact on their performance within the directorate of veterinary services in the Northwest Province • The views of 50 employees including managers were obtained regarding the system. The implications of the employees in this directorate are noted as factors such as inadequate training and skills of managers as far as the concept is concern as well as lack of understanding from the employee's side.en_US
