dc.description.abstractThe focus of this research is managmg occupational stress amongst teachers in senior secondary schools in the Northern Region of Botswana. Its main aim was to investigate how teachers manage their occupational stress in the Northern Region of Botswana. The study was conducted through the parameters of the relevant literature review to determine the causes, effects and stress management strategies of occupational stress amongst teachers. The study looked at causes, effects and stress management strategies of occupational stress amongst teachers. Based on this study, the study concludes that despite the causes and effects of occupational stress amongst teachers, teachers employ stress management strategies to manage occupational stress.en_US
