dc.description.abstract | This study will focus on communication within a small business development to determine
what the perceptions and differences in perceptions are regarding communication amongst
employees.
Theoretically a literature study was done on communication as a phenomenon as well as business communication. The importance of effective communication for the survival of the
enterprise was proved out of the literature study.
A communication questionnaire was used as a measuring tool to determine the communication perceptions of the employees. A survey was used as the research project. All the employees in the company were used as the target population.
The data showed what the perceptions of employees are regarding communication in the ,,,
company and that certain significant differences exist in the communication perceptions of
management and supervisors, supervisors and workers, as well as between management and
