| dc.description.abstract | Ce travail vise la promotion de la femme et la place qu’elle occupe dans l’exécution de la mission. L’argument central de cette étude est que l’oeuvre du Saint-Esprit qualifie essentiellement les serviteurs dans l’exécution de la mission sans distinction de genre, de race ni de classe sociale. Cette qualification doit être complétée par une formation théologique et biblique pour un engagement efficace dans la mission. Malheureusement, la femme a toujours été marginalisée depuis le temps de la Réforme ; victime de restriction, limitation, elle a toujours été reléguée aux rangs des apprenants et jugée incapable d’atteindre la maturité tant intellectuelle que spirituelle, comme le prétendent certains auteurs. Cette conception a fait que la présente étude puisse chercher à comprendre l’oeuvre du Saint-Esprit dans l’engagement des femmes dans la mission globale et holistique. La question principale de la recherche en est : Dans quelle mesure le Saint-Esprit constitue-t-il une occasion pour l'engagement des femmes dans la mission de Dieu dans les églises en général et les églises de réveil de Lubumbashi en particulier ? Ainsi, un survol sur l’oeuvre du Saint-Esprit et l’engagement des femmes dans le Nouveau Testament et les écrits missiologiques a été effectué. À travers la méthode qualitative, une recherche empirique a été réalisée. Ce qui a servi à comprendre l’oeuvre du Saint-Esprit dans l’engagement des femmes, leur apport dans la mission et les facteurs qui auraient conditionné l’engagement des femmes dans les églises de réveil de la ville de Lubumbashi. À l’issue de ce travail, il a été observé que le Saint-Esprit est un esprit missionnaire ; c’est lui qui réalise la mission dans l’église. Les femmes ont été des instruments dans la réalisation de la mission de Dieu, de l’incarnation jusqu’à la formation de l’église ; elles ont été des pionnières et leaders dans l’expansion de l’évangile dans l’histoire des missions et, d’une façon particulière, chez les pentecôtistes. Aujourd’hui, le Saint-Esprit continue à oeuvrer dans l’engagement des femmes, en particulier au sein des églises de réveil où elles sont pasteurs, évangélistes, promotrices d’églises et de ministères. Marginalisées, elles avancent toujours, devenant ainsi des modèles pour les autres. C’est pourquoi les églises devraient revisiter leurs pratiques et suivre le Saint-Esprit dans la mission et non s’accrocher aux traditions qui empêcheraient l’oeuvre du Saint-Esprit dans la réalisation de la mission. Aux femmes d’accomplir leur appel dans la mission de Dieu, d’une façon responsable en usant de l’audace comme arme.
This work aims to promote women and their place in the execution of the holy mission. The central argument of this study is that the working of the Holy Spirit qualifies essentially the servants in implementation of mission without distinction of gender, race or social class. This qualification must be supplemented by theological and biblical training for an effective commitment in mission. Unfortunately, women have always been marginalized since the time of the Christian Reform and they have had to endure restrictions and limitations of all kinds, always being relegated to the rank of learners, and judged incapable to attain spiritual or intellectual maturity as some authors pretended. This old mind set is the main motivation of this study which seeks to understand the work of the Holy Spirit with regard to the involvement of women in their global and holistic mission. The main question of this research is: in what way could the Holy Spirit provide the opportunity for women to get involved in the activities of the churches generally, and the charismatic churches in particular? Therefore, a quick review concerning the Holy Spirit and the involvement of women in the New Testament as well as the records of missionaries has been made. By using a qualitative method, an empirical research has been realized. This has helped to comprehend the work of the Holy Spirit about the role of women, their contribution in the mission and the factors that might facilitate their involvement in the charismatic churches around the town of Lubumbashi (in the DRC). At the end of this work, it has been observed that the Holy Spirit is a missionary spirit. It is the one that realizes the mission of the church. Women have been the main instrument of God’s mission, from its incarnation until the formation of the church. They have been the pioneers and the leaders in spreading the gospel throughout history, and particularly in the Pentecostist churches. Today, the Holy Spirit continues to work in the engagement of women, particularly within the charismatic churches where they occupy positions of pastors, evangelists, promoters of churches and ministries. Although marginalized, they continue to move forward, thus setting the model for others to follow. This is why the churches should reconsider their practices and follow the Holy Spirit in their mission and not hold on to old human traditions that prevent the Holy Spirit in the realization of its mission. As for women, they should accomplish their calls in God’s mission in a responsible way, using their audacity as a weapon. | en_US |
