Abstract

The article focuses on the Biblical Old Testament passage of Psalm 154:14 and the relation between the Hebrew and Syriac versions of Psalm 154. Subjects discussed include the detection of more than one sub-tradition from the Syriac version of Psalm 154, suggestions of the author's knowledge of another version of Psalm 154 upon consideration of the variants, and attribution of the Syriac variation in Psalm 154:14 to scribal error
