whether a high risk work environment can influence general labour relations between&#xd;
employees and the employer. "Occupational Risk" was examined for this purpose to&#xd;
determine how an unfit workplace can influence employee productivity and work&#xd;
performance, as part of the employee's right to a safe -, healthy -, and workable workplace. The relationship between man, machine and environment was investigated to understand how manufacturing and material handling; ergonomics and human resource management interlink.</dim:field>
