dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to identify the factors the militate against Corporate Social Responsibility in Botswana. The study investigates executive management attitudes towards Corporate Social responsibility (CSR), determinants of the attitudes and the problems managers face while progressing and reporting on social responsibility activities. The study targeted listed companies only and therefore the interpretation of the results should be limited to Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) listed companies.en_US
