The purpose of this research was to identify the major critical determinants of success factors in the management of secondary schools in the Rekopantswe Area office, under the Ngaka Modiri Molema Education District, in Mafikeng, North-West Province. Successful schools are successful because of what they do, and non-performing schools are failing also because of what they do.
